Bradley is a talent acquisition manager with over 8 years’ experience in recruitment within the defence industry, as well as having served 4 years with the Navy in communications. He has developed a strong technical mindset and a deep understanding of engineering after spending 5 years in oil and gas drilling exploration around the world in remote locations.
Bradley is skilled in talent acquisition and human resources where he has extensive experience in recruitment/ headhunting, strategic sourcing, interviewing and onboarding of successful candidates across a variety of disciplines. He has successfully coordinated, planned, and managed the recruitment processes for large organisations, while implementing innovative solutions and negotiation skills with proven increased efficiency through process improvement.
Bradley understands the value of the candidate experience and the quality of communication, making sure he is true and transparent about what Quartek does and what a successful candidate can bring to the organisation.
