CELESTE TORRES
Senior Engineer
Celeste is an aerospace engineer with over 7 years’ experience, cultivated within both the civil and domestic defence industries. She has gained her experience by working on numerous aircraft types such as Airbus A380 and A330 NEO, for a variety of customers, including Airbus, GKN and Boeing Defence Australia. In addition to her static and F&DT technical experience, Celeste has been responsible for the management of multinational engineering teams, delivering high-degree-of-difficulty engineering solutions whilst meeting tight schedules without exceeding project budgets.
Celeste approaches each challenge with a focus on best-in-class technical solutions whilst also developing strong working relationships with both her colleagues and up line leadership.
Celeste has a bachelor’s degree in Aerospace Engineering (Hons) and an Advanced Diploma of Engineering (Aerospace Mechanical) from RMIT. She loves spending time with her growing family, is a keen baker and enjoys abstract painting.
