CHRISTINE HEAD
Senior Engineer

Christine is an aerospace engineer with over 10 years’ experience in design of modifications and repairs, aerospace production, airworthiness certification in a range of regulatory frameworks, and systems engineering. Her career spans a number of prominent aerospace organisations including Cobham, GVH Aerospace and Boeing Defence Australia where she worked on a wide range of medium and transport category fixed-wing and rotary aircraft in the civilian and military domains.

Christine’s strengths include the practical application of airworthiness regulations in the design and production phases, as well as possessing a holistic understanding of the engineering development process from requirements through to verification. She also has strong engineering project management and team lead experience. 

Christine has a bachelor’s degree in aerospace and mechanical engineering from the University of Adelaide. She is currently interested in system safety and is studying for a master’s degree in Safety and Reliability. When not at work she enjoys hiking with friends and occasional camping trips by the water.
